However, when I go to download it, it says i have to switch to S mode. I dont think I want to do that so is there any other way to achieve this?
When you ask about switching to S Mode , what are you referring to? Developer Mode? You have answered that you use Chromebook. Google Chromebooks come with Chrome operating system this is not Windows. I don't believe it has an S Mode. Zoom also does not support Chrome OS. Windows 10 has S Mode which once disabled cannot be turned back on without reinstalling the OS.
